Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Euro’s (EUR). Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with transaction and order reference numbers. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions, or human error. Important: This website operates on an ‘invitation to treat’ basis and not as an ‘offer for sale’ as a result, BRAAP.® reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high-value purchases or confirmed orders where an item has been priced incorrectly.

We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside party*. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organizations or individuals.
*If you place an order with BRAAP.® and the item is out of stock, we may arrange for the product to be sent directly from our manufacturers/suppliers. In this circumstance, we will pass your delivery address to the manufacturer/supplier who in turn will use this to arrange delivery via their chosen courier.

This server encrypts information while it is being transmitted across the Internet so that unauthorized people cannot read it.
We work hard to ensure we carry the most comprehensive selection of items. If you purchase an item that we do not have in stock we will contact you immediately if we feel this will adversely affect the length of time it will take us to supply the item to you.
Your order will be delivered by courier or Royal Dutch Mail (PostNL). We offer flat fee shipping rates for The Netherlands, Europe, and The World.
Where goods are purchased for delivery outside The Netherlands and or Europe, it is the responsibility of the purchaser/importer to pay any locally imposed duties.
If a courier delivery is refused when we have met our promises to deliver we reserve the right to refund the item(s), upon receipt, less the cost of us sending the items to you and the cost of the courier returning the items to us.
International delivery is priced based upon mainland locations. Where delivery is to an offshore or remote location, and our courier charges a premium, we reserve the right to pass this premium to the customer prior to shipping.
We guarantee your satisfaction. Some of our products come with a no fuss guarantee (terms and conditions apply). You are entitled to cancel your order at any time between the time of order and within 30 days of receiving your goods. We are very happy to accept returned items if we are notified within this period. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, please fill out our returns authorization form. Please note – returns will not be accepted without prior agreement.
Please note that our printed products (shirts, sweaters, hats etc.) are made-to-order and are non-returnable and non-refundable, and orders are fully automated.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Upon receipt of a returned item – we will send a replacement size if this is requested or we will process a full refund minus any pre-paid delivery charges at the earliest opportunity. We charge a small fee to cover the cost of sending exchanged goods out. If an item has to be returned due to being sent in error/faulty etc. we will refund the cost of the postage to return the item/s back to us up to a maximum of €8,35 (Netherlands), €13,95 (Europe), €16,95 (Rest of World). Please note special order items and gift certificates are non-returnable/refundable.
Any items returned must be in a fully resalable condition, including packaging and with tags still attached. Please take care of parceling the returning item/s and make sure the original packaging/box is inside the parcel.
Where a product is returned to us, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both to send the item to us and for us to send the item back for repair/replacement. Where goods are returned from non-EU countries the package and any documentation must be marked: Failed Sale / Returned Goods / No UK Duty or VAT Payable. We are not able to accept returns where we are asked to pay any duty/fees/vat.
Please note: if any purchases are subsequently returned for refund – any free gifts must be returned too, unused/unopened/resalable. Where any free gifts are not returned or returned used/opened/unsellable – their full value will be deducted from any refunded monies. Please note we reserve the right to substitute free gifts if the gift shown against a product is temporarily unavailable. Free gifts cannot be exchanged for a different colour/design/style/size. Free gifts are specific to the associated promotion. If you wish to exchange size of the ‘free gloves with a RSD jacket’ then the return shipping costs and re-delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot offer free returns on size exchange on free gifts.
All online pricing and offers should be considered an ‘Invitation To Treat’ and as such if/when items are accidentally priced incorrectly we are not obliged to honor the price displayed. You will be notified of our mistake and given the opportunity to purchase at the correct price or your order will be canceled.

You shall not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or by any means prohibited under these terms and conditions. You shall not use this site in any manner, which may harm BRAAP.® or other parties or adversely affect the site functionality or its use by others.
