Shipping & Returns

We love our products and we love to see others enjoying our products. To keep customers happy, we don’t settle with mediocre quality. We simply want the best. There is too many rubbish out there already. So the only thing you have to bother is the design and the size (if necessary!). Always check our size guide before ordering!

Most of our products are shipped from The Netherlands, usually within 24 hours. To keep the shipping costs reasonable, we ship with standard priority mail without the option to track the goods. Please keep in mind that overseas orders may take a couple of days and sometimes weeks to arrive. Please be patient, we’ve never had any significant problems with shipping. But if you think your package is lost, contact us and we solve it for you!

Some products are made-to-order by one of our fulfillment partners. Made-to-order products may take up to 2 or 3 business days to produce and ship. Depending on the product, you’ll get a tracking number to track the goods, but this is not always the case.

We’re 100% convinced that you will like our products. But in the rare case that you’re not happy with your order or when the products are damaged or incomplete, you can change it for other items. Hassle free. We do not offer a refund at this time. We do offer exchanges for other products. Please note that the costs of the return shipping will be in charge of the customer.
